Functionally is great, great tracking and easy to understand results. Battery is not the best, declines quickly and doesn’t last what it should and scratches very easily

The rain is very reliable. The tracking system is very accurate for your vitals and your sleeps at night. And the quality of the material that is made it very resistant. It looks pretty good.

I love Oura Rings! I love being able to track my sleep and know how much I’ve slept. It’s really good at tracking steps and picking up on if you are starting to not feel good. I cannot recommend enough!

The Oura ring is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It has let me know when I need rest and to not strain my body. There is multiple features in the app that let you know of different studies that you can be a part of and overall see what is actually happening to your body and what that can mean. I give it an overall 5 star rating the only thing that would make it lose a point is that you have to subscribe to the app other then that 10/10

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it. It has been great for tracking her sleep score, and he step counter. The only con is that you might want to sign up for the subscription to take full advantage of the ring's potential. Go in-store to get an accurate size because it is not the same exact fit as a traditional ring or band.

I got this ring after a co worker let me know her sister had one and how much she loved it and all the things it did. Well I did buy and I wasn’t sure how I felt about it until after a week of using it. The more you wear it and log activities or meals, Oura gets to know you! It’s really a pretty neat device! It tracks your heart rate and sleep pattern. It gives you a readiness goal for the day and I love that! It helps me determine at times to either go to the gym or stay home. I’ve been working out 4 days a week and at times I feel tired or had a hard day at work and the Oura lets me know not to do over do it today and find time to relax. It advised me to avoid working out and heavy meals if possible. To me that’s beneficial so I don’t over exurt myself. I’m having some health issues and I am obsessed with knowing all the details every morning when I wake up!

Bought this one for my wife after I had mine for a couple months. I find the ring more comfortable to wear than watches and the app is easy to use and I find myself utilizing multiple areas of the app for everyday analysis of myself.
