I love being able to see my sleep. It’s so comfortable to sleep in other than my Apple Watch.

The Oura ring gives me great insight into my sleep and daily stress. It also tracks my activity, and I am able to log my meals. It is great for getting a better understanding of your overall health. I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

[Employee of bestbuy] I tried 3 different smart rings, and this is the only one I didn’t return. I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

I’ve used the Apple Watch and a Garmin watch for tracking my health in the past. This ring give so much more information that is useful and also gives insights on how to fix the issues coming up. The other two do not do that. I would highly recommend getting one of these rings!!

I love that you can have something tracking everything that isnt a screen on your wrist. Everyday I am making better choices. Im so glad i have this!

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. Just make sure that you get the sizing correct because it differs from normal ring sizes. The associate in-store was able to help us get the right fit.

I’m enjoying my new Oura ring. I’m an Apple Watch wearer however the Oura is more accurate and I absolutely love that it gives me information regarding my sleep habits.

Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.

Does most of what the Apple watch does yet it is much smaller (easy to sleep with, etc) and the battery last about a week. I'm very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly/yearly charge. Most other rings like this don't have that charge.

Best of all and the quality is excelent. Perfect. This ring ir confortable.

I’ve been wanting to buy this for a long time and I don’t regret it. Love it and would recommend it to anyone interested. I have not had any issues with it so far and it’s readings are very accurate.
