I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.

Love this ring. More accurate than my watch and now I don’t feel so attached to my watch and looks better when need to go places where I am dressed up

I’ve been wanted to buy the Oura ring for several years and recently I just decided to purchase it instead of getting other people viewpoints on the product. EVERYONE mentioned they loved it and I can now say that I LOVE IT as well:) If anyone is hesistant, just byt it and you will see! 10/10 recommend

Comfortable, light weight. She looks super cute. Track my sleep, cycle, stress and heart rate is the best for me.

We did have to return this due to sizing. However the ring is beautiful. It was a gift for my son. He loved it

I transionionef ftom the Oura # 3 whi h was perfect. I mow have the Oura ring 4 , love the impressive new features ! I chose the gold. The only problem gor me is the sizing . My 3 ring was a 7 fit perecy. I had to size up to an size 8 and still the fot is very snug on my mostly slender petite hands. MyOura Ring 3 had a more acommadsging shape. I find myself having to wet my fingers to remove the ring.

I am very pleased with my oura ring. It's great at helping me meet challenges for the day and become the healthiest version of myself!

This ring is everything I need to watch for. Even tells me when I am stressed and for how long.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I tried it and for the 1st few days I was skeptical. After a week I noticed I did improve on my sleep and move habits. It’s also nice because it’s something different the wrist fitness trackers it’s both useful and fashionable.
