Great product for health information on a daily basis. I can keep up with total steps,which is more accurate than my Apple Watch. Get sleep data, plus activity level, alone with information to let me know about any temp changes to alert me about potential infection.

I love my ring! It’s so cute and does wonders for cycle tracking, movement, heart rate etc. if you have the chance to get this- get it. Absolutely no regrets! This is insanely accurate tracking !

I think everyone needs one of these it should be standard. Healthy and especially if you healthy you needs to get this it can save your life. It monitors your health. This already save one of my friends doctors couldn’t fine anything out the ring as telling them something was off and sure enough they found she had cancer. Just saying that’s how a little thing like this can save your life.

Great gadget! Although expensive, it helps tracking from sleep and stress levels to your period cycle!

Once I was able to get the correct size it’s been great! The longer you wear it the more intuitive it gets which is nice. It’s also very comfortable for wearing while sleeping!

I think it does what it says it does. I've only had one week. I like it- I struggle wearing a ring all the time but I'm getting used to it. It's very comfortable. I switch between my forefinger and middle finger. I'm still getting used to the app. I do think the steps are overestimated.

Ring is perfect! Works as described and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to prioritize their health

The ring works well, no issues with connected and tracking. Only disappointed was it scratches quickly. Works well besides that.

So far, so good. I’ve only had the ring for about three weeks, but I love the health insights it gives me. I find the sleep, stress and heart rate values particularly helpful. It is a rather large ring for a woman, and I honestly thought about sending it back for the first week, because it just felt so bulky. Fortunately, I stuck it out, and I am now used to how it feels.

YES! Juts get it if you are debating. The ring itself is great and the data you get from the Oura app will change your days. Would repurchase.
