I love my ring. Made very well. It does everything great. Tracks everything about your health, can even tell you when you're getting sick before you realize you are. I use it mainly for gym and sleep, but it does way more.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring Gen 4, it’s hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve made for my health and wellness. I originally got it to track my sleep more accurately, and it has completely delivered on that promise (and then some). The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed—far beyond what I’ve seen in other devices. I was worried ab it being too bulky and in the way but it actually doesn’t at all. It’s very comfortable and way better that wearing an Apple Watch all the time. Would highly recommend.

Oura 4 feels better last longer. I have used the Oura for years had the 3 for years and finally upgraded to the 4.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a little while now and honestly it’s become part of my daily routine without me even thinking about it. It’s super lightweight and comfortable, so I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. The sleep tracking is probably my favorite feature. It gives really detailed info without being overwhelming, and it’s actually helped me pay more attention to recovery and sleep habits. I also like the readiness score and heart rate tracking, especially on workout days or after long runs. Battery life has been solid and I don’t have to charge it constantly like a smartwatch. Plus, it looks clean and low-key compared to wearing a big fitness watch all day. Overall, if you’re into fitness, recovery, or just want better insight into your health without wearing a bulky device, the Oura Ring is definitely worth checking out.

I debated long and hard on getting one of these including several weeks of trying the sizing rings on various fingers (definitely a good idea). I finally made the purchase during the July Best Buy anti-Prime Day sale. It was a great choice. I have been wearing various smartwatches from Samsung, Garmin and now a Pixel watch 3 which are handy but not great for wearing while sleeping or during things like Yoga. The Oura ring is perfect for all of that and more. I stopped noticing it almost immediately but appreciate how much info I can glean from the app from sleep info to activity tracking. It's more than enough for my needs and catches more since I wear it pretty much constantly. I still wear the watch but use it primarily as an adjunct to my phone with the ring handling the majority of the vitals tracking. My only suggestion is to invest in some of the silicon ring covers you can find on Amazon just in case you are doing something (e.g. home renovations) where you might damage the finish.

Love it so far, the data is great although the sizing is tough ! I have small fingers at the base compared to the knuckle. With the sizer a 6 seemed like it would be great but the actual is a little too loose to the point I’m nervous about it slipping off, especially now in winter but its comfortable to wear at night. The 5 sizer made me nervous wearing at night with it being a little too tight. Still thinking I’ll have to return and get the smaller size. The actual ring material is a bit slippier on your finger than the plastic sizer so that’s something to keep in mind. Even the Oura faq says it should come off with soap and water, like it should be that sung.

I really love all the data it tracks, especially the sleep data! The battery lasts at least 6-7 days for me personally, and charges quick! My only complaint is that is seems to scratch very easily—I’ll be getting covers for it for sure

I love this ring. I have had Apple Watches for years but got tired of not being able to wear different watches while still tracking health metrics. This is a great alternative that is stylish, accurate and the battery lasts a long time. I also like that I don't have to have another screen on my wrist and always getting notifications on another device.

I love my Oura ring. It helps track my cycle and it’s been very accurate about my stress and sleep! If you’re thinking about it, just do it!

Oura ring helps track key information on your health status. Easy to use and tracks your trends. Would reconned as a health monitoring tool. The battery life is about 7 days in one charge.

As a nurse with POTS I find my oura ring to be something I can’t live without. It helps me interpret what’s going on with my body as i’m not the best at listening to when I should go or when I should rest. I will say it does scratch very easily but that doesn’t bother me. I love my oura ring!

this has been a game changer; I don't like wearing things on my wrist at night. so this has been a great addition for all day and night wear. this has helped me be more aware of when I should be going to bed at night. I like that recently have been a little under the weather and there are tags you can add to let the ring know why you're not feeling well. I really like the combination of wearing the ring and a smartwatch during the day. this is slim enough that I don't really know I'm wearing it; would buy again

Love the battery life and the tracking! Hate the ring is made of plastic! That is really a bummer! I would pay more for a metal ring even stainless steel, or real silver! Would have given this 2 star but I really love the tech!

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 and love how low-key but powerful it is. It gives me super detailed sleep and recovery data without needing to wear a bulky watch. Battery life is great, and I barely feel it on. Only downside is the monthly subscription—but honestly, the insights are worth it.
