    I tried 3 different smart rings, and this is the only one I didn’t return. I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

    I had gotten myself an oura ring and when my husband saw mine he wanted one for himself so we went and got him one and he is absolutely obsessed! I use it for cycle tracking but my husband loves seeing his sleep patterns and calorie burn. We will definitely keep buying Oura rings as they continue to perfect they’re technology.

    Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.
