The design won me over immediately. It looks like a normal ring — clean, minimalist, and surprisingly lightweight. After the first day, I stopped noticing it was there. I can sleep, shower, and work out with it on without ever feeling like I’m wearing tech.

The battery life is INSANE! It last about 7 full days without having to charge it, the best investment I’ve made in regards to my health! Also, it’s much more than a sleep guide, it tells a you when you’re average heart rate is off, symptoms of sickness or strain & much more. Invest in this! Don’t even think twice

When I purchased my ring, little did I know that I was going to get sick. The ring showed my temp was elevated. I was on vacation in FL & attributed my lack of wellness to the hot weather. No, I was sick. I love the insights on sleep and suggestions. I can’t live without this ring.

great for sleep tracking, and monitoring your health

I’ve owned OURA rings for a few years. The Gen 4 ring has made a number of improvements. Longer battery life, lighter weight and an updated app are a few of the new features. I am very happy with the OURA ring and start out my day checking my data.

Love my oura ring it has helped me track my sleep and ultimately work on making it better, it had also helped me track my cycle.

As someone who suffers from fatigue I dedcided to give smart rings a try to see how I sleep and so far its been pretty insightful. When I have a crappy night of sleep, I can write what things happened before bed or during the night that way I can form pattern and improve my overall sleep. It did detect that I was getting sick. It clocked it on the second day, and I think the only reason it didn't click the first day is because I hadn't put in my cycle yet, and it was probably trying to figure out what day I was on. I think once I get through a full 28 day it will be very helpful with health insights.

I like the Oura ring 4 it has all the functions I'm interested in good battery life. I enjoy knowing my sleep and my heart rate.

I purchased it for the depth of insight it provides. From sleep tracking to heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, and readiness scores. I’ve found myself making better decisions around rest, workouts, and recovery based on the daily feedback. I purchased this ring for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She gets real time notifications on how her sleep is, restless or a good sleep. There are a lot more benefits than just sleep but it would be a long review. I actually going to purchase one for myself. Overall, it is definitely worth the price. We went with the silver color due to less possible scratches. Go get one, you will not be disappointed.

The oura is a great product to gain insight into your everyday health. You take everyday health insights for granted and this oura ring keeps you aware of changes in your body for better long term health. The fit is great and it was easy to get everything connected.

I was unable to wear this ring on my index finger as it was purchased for my wife. It turns out I she is not as cool I am, and did not want it. I tried it for a week and found it to be comfortable and I really liked the different data points it gathered. More than the raw data I especially liked how the app analyzed it and then explained the scores for me. I have since traded in for the correct size and am looking forward to building a significant baseline. Not for nothing but I am also looking forward to the integration with dexcom and their CGM. I feel like that elevates the Oura 4 to the top of the food chain when it comes to wearable tech for health purposes. When and what to eat along with sleep to maximize metabolic health. Excited to get the full experience from this product.
