Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.

Very happy with the whole process. Was able to size the ring appropriately for me in the store, and since then I've loved having this insight into my health, especially sleep quality and when my body is fighting some bug. I think the device and app provides a lot more features for women then men, such as cycle tracking, but overall happy.

Excellent, keeps track my numbers and I can see in my iphone. Daily accountability is very important to maintain good health, mind, body and spirit.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. Just make sure that you get the sizing correct because it differs from normal ring sizes. The associate in-store was able to help us get the right fit.

I have been on the fence on whether to buy a smart ring or not and I’m glad I finally did. It helps immensely that, regardless of which OS your phone runs, the Oura Ring app both sync seamlessly with your phone’s native Health apps. It’s comfortable, light, durable, and the app has top-notch health insights and metrics (as a health IT specialist and informaticist myself, this is a massive positive for me). My only concern is the long term wear and tear of its coating/material but was able to grab some ring sleeves to lessen it especially when wearing it at the gym.

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about two weeks, and it has completely changed my routine. I really like it, and the battery has lasted about 8 days on a single charge. If you’re thinking about getting one, I definitely recommend it!

Does most of what the Apple watch does yet it is much smaller (easy to sleep with, etc) and the battery last about a week. I'm very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly/yearly charge. Most other rings like this don't have that charge.

Bought in Jan 2025 and still use it daily. The charge doesn't last 5 days like it used to but still works great.

I’m obsessed with my ring. Took a while to get used to but now I can’t live without it. Always alerts me on major or minor signs when I’m about to get sick . Which helps so much bc I start to kick it to the curb!! My cycles have never been more on point it’s estimates too! Love it
