    I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I tried it and for the 1st few days I was skeptical. After a week I noticed I did improve on my sleep and move habits. It’s also nice because it’s something different the wrist fitness trackers it’s both useful and fashionable.

    I love my Oura ring. Very happy with my purchase! The ONLY issue is I wish is was not as bulky BUT I realize that there is a lot happening inside that little band, so it is amazing it is as small as it is.

    Love this ring. Very interesting to see how I’m sleeping, breathing, my steps, how my body temp changes when drinking alcohol, etc. Definitely makes me more aware of what I’m doing and how it affects my body. The only downside is it seems to easily scratch on surfaces, but I guess scratches are to be expected when you’re wearing it 24/7.

    It’s so lightweight and comfortable to wear, even to sleep (which is a big reason I wanted it because I can’t sleep with my Apple Watch on).     So far, so good. I’ve only had the ring for about three weeks, but I love the health insights it gives me. I find the sleep, stress and heart rate values particularly helpful. It is a rather large ring for a woman, and I honestly thought about sending it back for the first week, because it just felt so bulky. Fortunately, I stuck it out, and I am now used to how it feels.
