This is by far one of my best purchases this year. Was looking for something to wear when I didn’t want to wear my Apple Watch, but it is slowly replacing it. The data is very accurate and comparable to data my watch captures. It looks really nice on and I receive so many compliments.

This is my second Oura ring. I don't go a day without wearing. My first ring lasted almost 3 years to the day and prior to not holding a battery any longer I had zero issues. It's a fashion piece but also helps me track my cycle and is very accurate with the temperature measurements. I can't see myself ever not owning one.

I’ve been wearing the ring (on my index finger) for about 7 days. I like the way it looks and it’s comfortable. I was a little concerned about the bulk of the ring but it’s not a problem at all. It doesn’t interfere with holding a golf club. And barely notice I have it one. I’m still learning how to interpret the data and the capabilities of the ring but so far, it’s great.

Limited in function, but an excellent self-care smart device. Got it as a present for my wife (didn't fit at first but Best Buy was able to exchange it without issue). She loves it telling her sleep score. She's learned things about how she goes about the day and its impact on her health. Nothing revolutionary but she likes it and all her friends have one so its fun for them.

Definitely recommend looking into sizing before you purchase. Tracks multiple things that are helpful. Downside if the monthly fee. Battery lasts almost a week. Overall would recommend.

This ring is amazing it’s definitely worth the hype! Wearing it all the time take a minute to get adjusted too but overall pretty comfortable to wear!

I barely noticed I had it on. Super light! And very comfortable. Sleep tracking is definitely on point. I wouldn't wear it for activity tracking or regular everyday wear because it scratches pretty easy in my opinion. But as a sleep tracking device, would definitely recommend!

As someone who suffers from fatigue I dedcided to give smart rings a try to see how I sleep and so far its been pretty insightful. When I have a crappy night of sleep, I can write what things happened before bed or during the night that way I can form pattern and improve my overall sleep. It did detect that I was getting sick. It clocked it on the second day, and I think the only reason it didn't click the first day is because I hadn't put in my cycle yet, and it was probably trying to figure out what day I was on. I think once I get through a full 28 day it will be very helpful with health insights.

Wife loves her Oura. It is a good hassle free sleep tracker - although we think it indicates more "awake" time than actually occurs during sleep. Make sure you send a lot of time with ring sizing kit before you decide on a size.

Love Love Love my ring! 100% would buy again! They did not have the silver in stock at the store, so I settled for the stealth. It's very pretty when I add my stackers. You can also purchase covers to make it look different or protect the ring.

I absolutely love my new oura ring. It’s not bulky and it looks like a regular ring. I love how it tracks my steps, sleep and stress. It also has a feature that allows you to track your meals. This ring is definitely a game changer. At first I did a fitting for it to fit on my ring finger but I saw reviews that index finger is better. And I agree!!!

Easy to wear and provides good information regarding health stats. Only negative is that it will naturally get scratched with every day wear.

I love that you can have something tracking everything that isnt a screen on your wrist. Everyday I am making better choices. Im so glad i have this!

Only one dislike that would be, more service options that come with the ring, not having to pay more on top of a high price already. My husband and I work around the clock but he spends more hours at the business so that means more stress, yes hes young, yes he thinks he can go an go and go. But some days catch up to him and he dont know why he feels the way he feels. So to give him something to look at from what i seen right on his phone he can see most of what is causing his body and mind to feel so drained at times. Now that he can see a little he has been pulling back a little... well as much as business will allow to allow his body to have some actual rest time. And for that i am very great to have invested in this product. Thank you

I am very pleased with the Oura Ring and the insight to health and sleeping. The activity tracking is pretty accurate so long as you take the time to review the notifications and it's the best device I've found so far to track health without being annoying and being discrete. I wish you didn't have to pay for the subscription to the app, but after evaluating Oura app vs. some others, I determined it was worth the extra expense.

The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.
