Only one dislike that would be, more service options that come with the ring, not having to pay more on top of a high price already. My husband and I work around the clock but he spends more hours at the business so that means more stress, yes hes young, yes he thinks he can go an go and go. But some days catch up to him and he dont know why he feels the way he feels. So to give him something to look at from what i seen right on his phone he can see most of what is causing his body and mind to feel so drained at times. Now that he can see a little he has been pulling back a little... well as much as business will allow to allow his body to have some actual rest time. And for that i am very great to have invested in this product. Thank you

I was hesitating about getting this ring. I'm glad I did. To be honest, it's been helping me a lot tracking how I sleep, my heart rate and all the extra things I'm still learning

I am very pleased with the Oura Ring and the insight to health and sleeping. The activity tracking is pretty accurate so long as you take the time to review the notifications and it's the best device I've found so far to track health without being annoying and being discrete. I wish you didn't have to pay for the subscription to the app, but after evaluating Oura app vs. some others, I determined it was worth the extra expense.

The ring is very sleek and very accurate for tracking activity and sleep, helped me fix some problems with my sleep because I was able to see where I was going wrong. Definitely recommend

The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.

I purchased the Oura Ring a month ago, and thus far I am loving it. Stats seem to be very accurate. My reason for purchasing this product was to track my sleeping habits.

Health reporting is nice. Seems to do well with sleep tracking, but not very good at detecting daily exercise and activities. My biggest issue is the bulk, thickness, and somewhat sharp edges.I catch the band on things all day (pockets, mice, desktops, etc) and have a few times got it stuck in tight spots. Also, I have clanked my head a few times and rubbed my nose just to get a sharp edge to scratch my face. Anyway, cue device, but to clunky for my liking.

bought mostly for the sleep part of app. ring is very comfortable and looks good. getting used to wearing it at the gym. had to find a cover so not to scratch it up. app is very informative as well.

I was leery when I purchased this for my granddaughter, but she absolutely LOVES it! This was the best Christmas present I could've gotten her. I would strongly recommend it.

Amazing little piece of tech. For me I wanted the data but prefer my mechanical watches over the apple watch I had been wearing. This solved that and its more comfortable than my orginal wedding ring which was a concern. If your on the fence go for it, 100% worth it

I have been using my Oura Ring for the past month and love it. Mostly using for sleep tracking and good health. The Oura Ring has me hooked on getting proper sleep habits and timings!I only use it for the sleep tracking at this time.

The battery life is solid, needing a charge only about every six days for about 30 minutes. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ring scratches pretty easily. For something that's worn all the time, it would be nice if it were a bit more durable. Overall, I highly recommend the Oura Ring for anyone looking to stay on top of their health.

I love my oura ring so far ~ with the Apple Health to Claude Integration I'm able to see my full health data in 1 place and use AI to report and ask questions about my health. I was hesitant because I lose so many rings but this one fit perfectly based on the sizing kit and I haven't had any issues.

The ring looked nice at first and the design is not bad, but after just a couple of weeks the color changed and it started to look worn out. It also got many scratches very quickly, even though I was careful with it. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations.

I was skeptical of the accuracy of this ring, but it has surprised me. I use it to track my sleep patterns and the information has been extremely useful. It took me around a week to get used to the fit of ring (mainly between my fingers) but it is very comfortable now. Definitely recommend the ring for anyone tracking sleeping or heart rate for related issues.
