The ring looked nice at first and the design is not bad, but after just a couple of weeks the color changed and it started to look worn out. It also got many scratches very quickly, even though I was careful with it. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations.

I love this ring it is comfortable and stylish and keeps me alert off my body functions!

I was skeptical of the accuracy of this ring, but it has surprised me. I use it to track my sleep patterns and the information has been extremely useful. It took me around a week to get used to the fit of ring (mainly between my fingers) but it is very comfortable now. Definitely recommend the ring for anyone tracking sleeping or heart rate for related issues.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but this O-ring turned out to be really good. It fits perfectly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do—no leaks at all. The material feels strong and not cheap like some others I’ve tried before. Super easy to install, took just a minute. So far, it’s holding up great. Definitely a solid buy for the price. Would order again if needed.

We use Oura Ring to help track sleep. It is very helpful in determining what is affecting our routines, and what could be altered to increase our rest and energy levels.

Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.

I purchased it for the depth of insight it provides. From sleep tracking to heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, and readiness scores. I’ve found myself making better decisions around rest, workouts, and recovery based on the daily feedback. If you're someone who values data-driven wellness or just wants to be more in tune with your body, I highly recommend the Oura Ring.

The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!

I got this to help track my sleep and stress in connection with my autoimmune and anxiety issues. So far it has been monumental in signaling a flare up, and it is helping my doctor and I with awareness of side effects of new medication. I did go on Amazon and get different covers to protect it and love it.

My husband absolutely loves his Oura ring! It has really helped him improve his sleep quality over the past year. He also enjoys the simplicity of he easy it is to access and track his information on his phone. He likes it so much, we are buying one for me this year!

A gift for my sister. She loves this ring. Wears it everyday& says how much she loves it everytime I see her. You can track so many differnt things like a fitness watch but even more in depth. Great purchase.

The ring itself is very lightweight but still fits a little bulky on small fingers. The gold is a pretty color but does scratch easily. But the app is by far the best part of the Oura ring. The data provided really helps you make positive changes to sleep and lifestyle.

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas. So far he really likes it. Great battery life and good metrics. He gives it a 4.9 out of 5 with the only deduction being that he wished they had half sizes.
