I love this ring and it works so well for every day tracking

My girlfriend uses her Oura Ring every day to track her stress levels, and she absolutely loves it. The insights are clear, and the daily readiness and stress data help her manage her routine better. It’s sleek, comfortable, and surprisingly accurate for such a small, stylish wearable.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a few months now, and it’s one of the best health tech purchases I’ve made. The ring is comfortable and lightweight but a little bulky. I purchased it for the depth of insight it provides. From sleep tracking to heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, and readiness scores. I’ve found myself making better decisions around rest, workouts, and recovery based on the daily feedback. I’ve been wearing the ring (on my index finger) for about 7 days. I like the way it looks and it’s comfortable. I was a little concerned about the bulk of the ring but it’s not a problem at all. It doesn’t interfere with holding a golf club. And barely notice I have it one. I’m still learning how to interpret the data and the capabilities of the ring but so far, it’s great.

I love my oura ring! It tracks my sleep, my steps, it even tells me when I’m getting sick!

I am very pleased with the Oura Ring and the insight to health and sleeping. The activity tracking is pretty accurate so long as you take the time to review the notifications and it's the best device I've found so far to track health without being annoying and being discrete. I wish you didn't have to pay for the subscription to the app, but after evaluating Oura app vs. some others, I determined it was worth the extra expense.

I’ve owned OURA rings for a few years. The Gen 4 ring has made a number of improvements. Longer battery life, lighter weight and an updated app are a few of the new features. I am very happy with the OURA ring and start out my day checking my data.

Health reporting is nice. Seems to do well with sleep tracking, but not very good at detecting daily exercise and activities. My biggest issue is the bulk, thickness, and somewhat sharp edges.I catch the band on things all day (pockets, mice, desktops, etc) and have a few times got it stuck in tight spots. Also, I have clanked my head a few times and rubbed my nose just to get a sharp edge to scratch my face. Anyway, cue device, but to clunky for my liking.

I appreciate the ability to track my steps and health with a ring vs. my fitbit. Additionally, the Oura tracks much more than the fitbit did, and it's interesting to see how my health habits (sleep, activity and readiness) change from day to day.

I love the Oura ring. It is very comfortable and the data readings are so helpful!
