Love this ring. It’s awesome to be able to track your sleep and dress. I love it.

I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

I've been very pleased with the metrics the Oura Ring has given me. I was afraid I wouldn't like it because of the size, but I hardly even notice it. It's wonderful.

This is my second Oura ring. My first lasted me 3 years. The battery life on this generation is much better than the previous. My sleep has drastically improved by reviewing the data in the app and helping me identify patterns.

I really like how it tracks my stress and sleep. I have trouble sleeping and wake up many times throughout the night & now I am able to see it on my app.

Love all the metrics it gives, especially sleep data and stress levels. Only issue I have is my ring is a little too loose. I used the size guides in multiple stores and measured before I bought. I felt like I was in between 2 sizes and ended up going with the larger size nc the smaller aize felt to tight. After a month or so wearing it, i feel like I could've gone down in size.

Love the Oura ring. Sets up pretty easily and the sleep and vitals tracking is amazing. The battery can last a week or so, which is awesome.

Very good for a minimalist option to track your health and wellness. Great battery life, just charge weekly and no need to remember when to charge.

Overall, the ring gives me great insight into my health through the day and through the night. There are days where I feel like it is too much to keep wearing it (sometimes I need a break), but I think that is somewhat expected with any wearable device. I did observe a few scratches on the ring after only a few days. The dark satin finish makes it quite easy to see scratches.

This was one of my best purchases to start reviewing my health. Battery life is great, around a week, and reports with trends are great. Some reports take time to understand and I wish there were more actionable steps to take when looking at reports but over all awesome product. Cons Watch will scratch on other metal surfaces so be careful.
