I love ring. It was easy to set up and works great at monitoring my daily routines. I like knowing what areas I need to work on.

I love the ring, still getting used to it on my finger because it is so bulky. Not 100% sure the sleep tracking is accurate but i do find it insightful

I have found the aura ring useful. It helps me recognize and validate how I feel, lol. It's been interesting watching the date and trends and understanding how my life choices affect my physical health. The fit has been a little challenging even though I went to the store and tried on the tester sizes first. I have large knuckles and thin fingers. I got my ring towards the end of summer and it fit rather snug at the time. Once the weather cooled off and possibly just changes in hormones, diet, and water retention, etc the ring became much looser and the heart rate wasn't being recorded consistently. I ordered some products online to help with the fit when it gets loose and that seems to be working pretty well. So, overall happy with the oura ring.

I’ve had the ring for about a month. Readings seems really accurate. Love using it for my sleep tracking and cycle tracking. the app gives you tips on how to help your sleep and recovery.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present. I'm so glad I did! I wear it on my middle finger left hand. Love the rose gold. There is so much information to be gathered regarding daily life stats. Most that can be controlled. Really fascinating stuff.

So far, this ring reports on more health issues than I can keep up with. It has even found a time when I don't breathe at night. I will check with my dr on this problem. I think any adult would be happy with this ring and what health information it finds to report on. It does take a while to learn all the nuances, but it is worth it. I highly recommend it

This is a great purchase to monitor a wide variety of important health functions. There is so much I like about it, that the review would be too long. Let me tell you what I don’t like. Although it is more comfortable by far than the first generation ring that I got, it’s still a little bulky. I am not used to wearing a ring on my index finger so I still haven’t gotten used to that either.
