It has helped me to monitor my overall health, heart and exercise! I have also had the best experience with our Best Buy salesperson who also said I would be happy and he was correct!     Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.

    The Oura ring gives me great insight into my sleep and daily stress. It also tracks my activity, and I am able to log my meals. It is great for getting a better understanding of your overall health. I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

    Does most of what the Apple watch does yet it is much smaller (easy to sleep with, etc) and the battery last about a week. I'm very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly/yearly charge. Most other rings like this don't have that charge.

    Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.
