    Love this ring. Very interesting to see how I’m sleeping, breathing, my steps, how my body temp changes when drinking alcohol, etc. Definitely makes me more aware of what I’m doing and how it affects my body. The only downside is it seems to easily scratch on surfaces, but I guess scratches are to be expected when you’re wearing it 24/7.

    Love this ring, tracks sleep, workouts, walking, and even tells me when I am starting to get sick. Only removed one star because it scratches extremely easily when weight lifting and I recommend that they sell some type of guard for us active gym people lol

    It’s so lightweight and comfortable to wear, even to sleep (which is a big reason I wanted it because I can’t sleep with my Apple Watch on).     Overall very happy with the product. I prefer having a ring over a wrist wearable and it provides tons of interesting "lifestyle" data. Not sure how happy I'd be with the product if I were looking for a true fitness tracker. Cons: - The "pink tax"--rose gold looks better on my complexion and paired with 18K gold jewelry I wear, but the quality IS NOT worth the extra $150 over silver, which I had before switching to this color. - Lots of great data, but can't easily identify drivers or patterns across the many metrics. It would be great if its AI could bridge this gap to help draw deeper insights on your data. - Battery lasts long enough, but not as long as the company claims

    Much better sleep data and overviews than fitbit. Comfortable. Battery life is good its refreshing not to wake up and realize you missed sleep data because the thing died.
