Love my Oura ring I wear if everyday ordered for pick up was fast

Love the item since it was a gift and great customer service

I purchased this as a gift. The ring size was incorrect so I returned to the store to exchange the ring for the correct size. I was told they were out of stock, the employee state all stores in my area were out of stock as well. The best they could do was reorder the ring. Unfortunately, the purchase price was not able to be honored ( despite only buying it a few weeks earlier). The new price was over 105.00 more. We went ahead and reordered the ring and then headed over to the isle where we spotted Many of the same exact rings. I chatted with another employee who had just grabbed one and he said no one reached out to him. I headed back to the long line, waited my turn and then spoke to the same exact employee regarding the many rings on the shelf. He called for assistance and lol the assistant said “oh I see your online order is ready for pick up”! I left with the ring but felt completely ripped off. On the other hand, the ring is loved by its recipient. Do better Best Buy!

Parents bought for me for my birthday. Staff was great! They didn’t have the size I needed at the first store but paid for it and then they sent me to a nearby location to pick up. I love my ring!!!!

Just purchased but ease of buying in store was easy, love being able to track my sleep and health

I bought the ring because i thought itd be cool to see health diagnostics aside from the apple watch. Also because my yoga studio has a partnership woth oura - so it syncs the data - that being said, there are times when the workout data does not sync which is frustrating.

I absolutely love it. Its worth it ive done my research for almost a year and it was worth the wait no other ring tops this oura ring. I especially use it for my menstrual cycle and ibe notice im more relaxed knowing how my body works.

Lot's of good insights, however, for a fitness tracker, it scratches easily.

This ring is awesome as long as you go into it with proper expectations of what a smart ring was originally designed to do. Definitely get brushed silver, though, because it is the only one that hides scratches well.

Got it at a very good price and didn’t take long to arrive.
