I much prefer the ring vs a watch or strap and have found it much more reliable. Oura has helped my dive into my metrics and understand small shifts and the impact it has on my health.

For the amount of money I paid for this ring, I would expect at least years if not more. My Apple Watch is five years strong! Disappointed.

So much great dad to help me know when I’m stressed, know if I’m getting enough exercise, know how I’m sleeping. I was really enjoying it and then after about 25 days it just stopped connecting. I tried everything. I even did a factory reset. So far, I haven’t got it to connect again.

Will drop subscription to see how valuable it is without subscription. The price of an Apple Watch but added “gift” of paying more to get the full value of the product. Think it through before buying!
