    I am reviewing this item because I have insomnia and I use another wearable to track my sleep and I tried this for two weeks and it did record Sleep better than my other device. However, that’s it’s not worth the $350 price tag and a monthly fee. I don’t believe it’s too much useful other than for sleep in my own opinion.

    Great features but the finish goes bad really quick. My wife and I have had ours for less than two months and after taking care of them as much as possible they’ve still gotten pretty scuffed up. I have the silver finish and it’s nowhere near as bad as my wife’s gold finish ring. Considering hers was way more expensive and looks worse than mine, I wouldn’t consider the gold one a great deal.

    I tried the Oura ring out for about a week. Previously I had worn a Whoop for a year and thought I would give the ring a try. As far as comfort it was fine, I was worried about scratching it while going through my day though. What I was disappointed in was the data. It didn’t really share anything I could tell you from being tuned in to my body. I didn’t really feel like it was worth the price tag for me. While it’s neat to see the numbers related to sleep, I know I had a bad night sleep when I wake up feeling tired.
