I bought this as a gift and my daughter is in love with it. Always wears it and checks data!!

Tracks my steps, activities, and sleep PERFECTLY! I even decorated it for extra flare.

Great! Only downside is the ring scratches pretty quickly. They also dont offer half sizes so sizing kit is a must to figure out what finger works and the size you’ll need.

I've had my ring for a few months now and I love it. I really like how much data the ring collects and the app provides. The app also provides different ways to manage stress levels and other things related to fitness, heart health and accurate sleep schedule and sleep management data. Fit wise I moved it to another finger instead of the one I originally got it for but on the new finger I barely know its there sometime

This ring the Oura 4 is so much better than Oura 3. The flatter design fits much better and does not hurt.

Mine stopped giving the sleep and readiness score on the 15th day and so I returned it. I tried all the troubleshooting steps too but the sleep scores and readiness scores were why I bought it in the first place. otherwise it's pretty cool tech

Overall good performance but way too expensive. There are many other comparable models that are priced significantly lower.

Purchased it for my fiancée and we tried the sizing kit but it seemed to fit differently then what the sizing kit recommended. She was in between the sizes so didn’t feel comfortable enough to wear it. We ended up returning it and didn’t get the chance to fully try out the features.

I really like having access to all the information on the app. At night, it does glow red or green while I stir, but I've gotten used to it. Charge it up during my shower and good to go. I see my data for the day before and if I had a good day, I try to replicate it.

I really like it. The App is great, it registers well and it looks good too.

My review is for the customer service at the Dickson City PA location. The manager Mike was so unbelievably rude to me when I came in to try and exchange my item. I was originally told there would be no problem if I wanted to exchange for a different size. That was not the case and upon attempting the exchange I was told by Mike “oh well too bad, not my problem”. I was less than a week outside the 14 day exchange window (which I was never notified about). I was specifically told the window was 30 days at the time of purchase. Mike had no sympathy for the fact that I spent a lot of money (for myself) on a gift and now was stuck with an expensive item that did not fit. After this awful customer service experience, I drove over 45 minutes to the store in Wilkes Barre, where the manager had no problem giving me a full refund. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again because of this experience!
