    This is actually an amazing product it has help me to control my health much better, the way it can Improved blood‑oxygen detection help me to have a better handling of respiration anomalies or breathing during sleep this are usually things I don’t check but after using the ring it haves actually help me a lot more. It’s very resistant coming from someone who wash their hands every minute and use a lot hand sanitizer it has not change the way of using my ring.

    At first it would last 6-7 days between charges. By 6 months old it would last 3-4 days. Now at a year old it has to be charged every other day. The ring and app work as they should. I am torn between recommending or not but you have to choose one. I like the ring, but…

    My oura ring 4 is terrific! I thought I wasn't getting enough sleep, turns out I was getting enough sleep but not enough deep and rem sleep. Our also alerted me to a high fever and lowe energy. I really love this ring!
