    This ring has been very helpful. It alerted me when my heart rate was unusually high and fluctuating. As soon as I noticed, I contacted my primary care provider and began addressing the issue.     It’s a good tracker just a little simpler than I would have hoped for the long awaited gen 4. It’s a better all around design but should have upgrade options for gen 3 holders. One gripe I have is the battery life is not 8 days. I have to charge it twice in 8 days so it’s kinda a let down. My gen 3 had better battery life and it’s 2 years older.

    The ring works great, I wish the battery life was better. I compared the data to the two different smart watches I use and data is pretty similar. I dislike the fact that they charge you a monthly fee to view your data.
