So far I’m loving my Oura ring I’ve had it for about a month now. Initially I was going to get the gold one but after doing my research I stuck with the silver which I’m glad I did. It has a few scratches but nothing crazy.

This ring has shown me so much insight on my body and things that I felt but never truly understood have been made more clear. Definitely a purchase I recommend. As well if you are thinking of getting off hormonal birth control the Natural cycle app has been a life changer to recovering my body after hormonal birth control effects. Love this ring!!

Love this ring! Only complaint is the exchange policy with Oura. So plan for your weight loss before you buy! Lol

This ring has been a game changer for sleep and fertility tracking. I am so glad i went for it. I know more about my body and can let myself relax when it’s warranted. Their customer service is also great as i had a bad battery in my first ring and they sent me a new one quickly and for free

I have had 3 different Oura rings. Each version has been an upgrade. I find the information gains essential in my efforts to focus on optimal health.

I stopped wearing my Apple Watch and love my oura ring! It gives me everything I need in one spot. I am so much more focused now in my health and steps I can take to improve it. I really didn’t think it would make as big of an impact as it has I tell everyone and when I show them the charts they too are impressed, way to go oura I thought I was an apple junkie but you have me convinced you are the future!!!

The Oura Ring has been a great investment for me. It’s comfortable, discreet, and easy to wear every day. I love how it tracks my sleep, activity, and recovery in a very detailed way, helping me better understand my body and habits. The battery also lasts for several days, which makes it very convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect device if you want to take care of your wellness in a smart and simple way.

I’ve this ring! Predicts illness before it happens and lets me know to take it easy. Also lets me know what kind of sleep I am lacking: deep, REM, etc. Gages the best time for me to go to bed.

I love this ring. This is my 2nd one. I upgraded because I wanted to put it on a different finger. I love keeping track of sleep and resilience.

I have an Apple Watch and didn’t think this would have anything different to track, but I was wrong. I never wore my watch to sleep due to notifications, for that alone the rings is great. BUT…it goes farther, it learns you and your patterns. It tracks your vitals across so many metrics, even your temperature. Tells you how best to do yoir day and activity. It knows yoire getting sick before you do…magic! If yoire curious abput getting this ring, you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure there will be something and then some that you get from it.

I have been using the ring for about 3 weeks now and overall I really like the insights it provides. That said, I put a cover on mine the minute I received it and 3 weeks later it still has a couple of scratches on it somehow. I can't imagine how scratched it would if I didn't have a cover on it 24/7.

Been wearing this for 13 months. It’s a life saver for those that pay attention to self care. I mainly use this for heart rate, sleep and sleep level. When any of those are off or outside the usual, I step back with everything work and home. I wear the black , it’s pretty universal to any outfit.

It's so cool! I'm definitely laying in bed 8 hours a night but only asleep like 6! I also walk way more steps than i ever imagined! It's fun, but also helpful for health. I haven't even touched on all the features yet!

I was skeptical before buying it b/c of the price but it exceeds my expectations and I’ve so happy to have it! The app has so many cool features and made tracking my activity and sleep really easy. It did get a little scratched up but that’s expected without getting a cover for it

My boyfriend loves it! I’m so jealous I want one for myself. Its features help track the things I’ve always been interested in knowing about (such as stress and steps) but I was completely blown away on how much in detail it went into for each category. The best feature in my opinion is the sleep category. It even tracks your REM sleep. Highly recommend it for personal use or for a gift!

I absolutely love my Oura ring. I received it as a Christmas gift. This ring has helped me to better understanding my sleeping patterns, stress, habits, and more. It took two tries to get the correct ring size even though I tried on the ring sizer in the store. This ring is very durable. It did take me a few days to get used to the fit of the ring, but I am so happy that I got this ring and would encourage anyone interested to get it.
