Interesting product, but it will be so much better if it also monitored blood pressure. The need to have a subscription in order to make the best of the product is a major turn off.

Ring sizing needs to take into consideration your knuckle size. The monthly/annual fee. Do you research and make sure you know all the pros and cons for you.

I was super excited to receive the Oura ring because I didn’t feel like wearing my Apple Watch anymore but unfortunately this ring is only good for sleep tracking. The heart rate monitor is not accurate at all (I work for a hospital) I have been hooked up to an actual monitor and compared that with my Apple Watch and the Oura ring. Unfortunately the Oura ring was WAY off track. BUT if you’re looking for a sleep tracker this is the BEST for monitoring your sleep!! But if you want it to have an accurate reading on your steps and heart rate I don’t recommend it. Hope this review helps someone !

My wife got this as a present and it was the best thing ever. She is able to track everything and that helps our little family stay a little family!

I tried the Oura ring out for about a week. Previously I had worn a Whoop for a year and thought I would give the ring a try. As far as comfort it was fine, I was worried about scratching it while going through my day though. What I was disappointed in was the data. It didn’t really share anything I could tell you from being tuned in to my body. I didn’t really feel like it was worth the price tag for me. While it’s neat to see the numbers related to sleep, I know I had a bad night sleep when I wake up feeling tired.

I am reviewing this item because I have insomnia and I use another wearable to track my sleep and I tried this for two weeks and it did record Sleep better than my other device. However, that’s it’s not worth the $350 price tag and a monthly fee. I don’t believe it’s too much useful other than for sleep in my own opinion.

The ring is amazing! Speechless even! Always excellent and attentive service when I go in to pick up my best buy online orders.. You can feel the good vibes immediately as you walk in to the store..

Exactly what we expected Size runs a little big so measure correctly

It’s a great fitness item but the gps tracking is left to be explored . Mine fell off and I couldn’t find it , and since it’s not like a watch or phone I couldn’t just ping it to hear where it was .

I love my ours ring and it has really helped with my sleep and lifestyle changes. I recommend getting the sizer to get your ring size. It’s about 1-2 sizes smaller than other rings
