i bought the silver one and a gold cover it. i really like the oura ring, it helps me understand my sleep better and why it’s lacking

I was hesitant at first, but has turned to be my greatest investment!!

It’s a great product just not much of a fan of having to pay a membership premium for something that you already paid for I think if they want to do that they should include that in the price not also have to pay additional

I upgraded from the Oura 3 to the 4- seems to be about the same (and I loved gen 3) except battery life is way better with gen 4. Awesome.

I love the features and ease of use. My main complaint is the finish. After two less than two months of use and taking it off any time I’m working or lifting anything, it’s still pretty scuffed up and not appealing. Not noticeable from far away, but it still bothers me. It’s faired better than my wife’s ring though. She has the gold one.

Absolutely love my ring ! If you are torn between spending the money and not just do it ! The app has helped me with my sleeping habits, knowing when I’m stressed and so much more. Just do it !! I have a cover over my ring to protect it from scratches and I’ve added some rings so it gives off more of a feminine look.

Very light weight and good to track body temperature and sleep. Scratches easily so make sure to take off for certain movements

Pretty handy. I like the personalized insights, wish they were a bit more personalized and varied though. The subscription fee is unnecessary but at least is HSA/FSA eligible. Powerful at detecting minor changes, very sensitive. While it is good to get a visual summary of how your body is feeling to force yourself to be kind to your body and listen to it from time to time in a busy stressful life, I'm not sure if it biases me to expect that because I'm not at a 100% or have "minor strains" I'll be extra tired that day (chicken and egg).
