Very easy to set up. I had to get size 9 since size 10 was a bit larger than expected, even though I had tried the ring before. Returning it and the exchange was easy at Best Buy. The one and perhaps only advantage that has over my Apple Watch is that it tracks your sleep and the battery last for at least 5 days

As a runner, I've found the Oura Ring calculates just as much meaningful data as my Apple Watch Ultra. It’s even better because it seamlessly connects with Apple Health, combining its insights with the data my watch captures during bike rides and runs. This integration makes the experience so cohesive and insightful for tracking fitness and overall health trends. This is a fantastic gift for anyone who loves digging into health data, leveraging tools for fitness, or simply keeping better track of their body. The Oura Ring also connects with Strava to track activity—although I’d recommend pairing it with a proper smartwatch or fitness tracker for real-time tracking during workouts. But honestly, using both together provides an unbeatable combo! Whether it's for yourself or a loved one, this is hands-down a brilliant gift idea. I've been wearing the Oura Ring 4 in black for a month now and it's become part of my daily routine in a way no smartwatch ever did. The biggest upgrade from the Gen 3 is comfort — the interior is completely flush with no sensor bumps, so you forget it's there. The titanium build feels premium without being flashy, and the black finish is subtle enough for any setting. Sleep tracking is where this thing earns its keep. I've always thought I slept fine, but seeing my REM and deep sleep breakdowns night after night helped me spot patterns I would've never noticed on my own. The Readiness Score has genuinely changed how I plan my days — if recovery is low, I scale back instead of pushing through. It sounds simple but having the data makes the difference. Battery life is solid. I charge it once a week while I'm getting ready in the morning and never think about it otherwise. The app redesign is a huge improvement too — clean layout, easy to read, and the trend reports over weeks and months are where the real value lives. few honest downsides: No GPS means you still need your phone for outdoor workouts. And I take it off for anything involving weights or gripping — titanium scratches. Overall, if you want health tracking without screen fatigue and constant notifications buzzing your wrist, the Oura Ring 4 nails it. It's not perfect, but it's the best smart ring out there right now.

I was quite skeptical about this product before i bought it but i actually really like it. if you're looking for a low maintenance health tracker, this is it. when i was choosing between smart rings, i really went thought about the r&d and app dev and i think the oura ring takes the cake. the only con is that i was under the impression that it would track my steps. after wearing it for weeks, i can say its not the most accurate. but it pretty much tells u the jist of it. i work a desk job so it knew i didnt move pretty much the whole day. people who say the battery is bad just didnt read the manual. you suppose to power cycle the product first. once i did that twice, i still never had issues with the battery not lasting like advertised which was 3-5 days.

Purchased this ring and love it. Very comfortable and stylish. Seemed pretty accurate. Biggest downfall for me and reason why I returned the ring was because of the subscription fee. $5.99 a month doesn’t seem too expensive but like many others have said, after the cost of the ring and the monthly fee couldn’t justify keeping it

I love my ring I actually use it more than I have used any other smart device to track my body. I recommend a Oura ring over a Apple Watch anyday

The Oura ring has been great so far. The battery life is impressive-it last several days, so no need to charge it every night. It gives details about your sleep including the different stages. It also tracks your stress and overall health providing education on improving your health based on your scores. The only downside is that I think I bought a size too big, even though I tried the sizing kit beforehand. Other than that, it is super easy and convenient to use.

This ring has been perfect! I use it for everything and it is all very accurate. Battery life lasts me over a week! Charging is also very fast! I would highly recommend!!

This ring is amazing, it can track everything you are doing during the day and specially during the night when you are sleeping. It look really good on the gold color and feels good when you are wearing it!

Works great , easy to use, great health tool but that being said, it scratches way too easily, learned about the silicone covers way too late. Also, after several months, the battery started going south, from about 9 days of charge, down to a day and a half. Luckily I purchased the Best Buy protection plan and traded it in for a new one….and yes, bought the protection plan again.

My wife is obsessed ! It has been helpful with tracking her sleep and energy levels after having two babies. She loves it ! She charges it whenever she has a chance and the battery lasts for what feels like weeks ! Wears every day and feels like natural jewelry.

Love my oura ring! The battery lasts so long but after a year or so it does need to be charged more often. Love how it tracks my sleep amongst other things always look forward to checking it in the morning.
