Aesthetically it looks great and fits nicely and snug but not too tight. Haven't tried it at the gym yet, but I ordered a silicon cover so I can avoid scratching it on the weights. It's a bit pricey, but I took advantage of Black Friday deals, and I'm excited to see many insights after a year of using it.

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it. It has been great for tracking her sleep score, and he step counter. The only con is that you might want to sign up for the subscription to take full advantage of the ring's potential. Go in-store to get an accurate size because it is not the same exact fit as a traditional ring or band.

I love this ring. I have had Apple Watches for years but got tired of not being able to wear different watches while still tracking health metrics. This is a great alternative that is stylish, accurate and the battery lasts a long time. I also like that I don't have to have another screen on my wrist and always getting notifications on another device.

I initially ordered the size 9 for my left index finger, but after a week I realized it slipped off every time I washed my hands. I switched to a size 8, which fits perfectly. The gold color is beautiful, though it can look slightly orangey in certain lighting. The health insights and data it provides are excellent and have already helped me be more aware of my activity and sleep. I do wish it connected more seamlessly to third-party apps like Glow or Garmin Connect. Battery life is impressive — I get about a week on a single charge. After several weeks of daily wear, I’ve had no scratches, even with workouts and handwashing. It is a bit wide for my taste since I usually wear minimalist jewelry, but it’s still very comfortable and I barely notice it on. I’ve had it for less than a month, so I’ll need more time to give a final verdict, but so far it’s been a great addition to my wellness routine.

Great product overall! I’ve had step trackers for a long time, but this one goes beyond, especially software wise. I think it is pretty accurate and learns your behaviors for even better future accuracy. And it looks great. I will definitely stay with this and future variants.

The main purpose for this purchase was to monitor my sleep. This ring does a very good job of monitoring various aspects of my health - in addition to sleep, activity, readiness for the day, stress level, heart rate, etc. I prefer it to a clunky watch. It's comfortable and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Because I had had challenges with Apple Watch, not doing a great job of tracking my sleep, I finally decided to invest in this ring. I could not be more happy with the results. This does a much better job of tracking all kinds of things and can tell me when I’m running a fever. It seems to totally figure out what’s going on with me so that I don’t feel crazy anymore. Super helpful. Probably a great gift for anybody. I purchased one that fit on three different fingers between my two hands. It’s terrific to be able to change fingers if needed. I will undoubtedly continue to use this for many years and update as needed. It’s some of the best money I’ve spent.

I’d give it 5 stars, but the one I bought ended up having battery issues after about 4 months. They replaced it for free since it was in the warranty period, but it was still a hassle and not ideal. Looks nice. Feels nice. The data is amazing. They’re constantly working on new software.

Very useful for tracking sleeping patterns and menstrual cycle ! Not that great for tracking workouts so I pair it up with my Apple Watch. It has also helped me manage my stress and heart rate better . The downside is that it scratches very easily

I’ve been using the Oura ring for a while now and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. It comfortable enough to wear all the time and it blends in easily to my daily life. I only have to charge it once a week for about an hour.

I am amazed at what this ring does for me. I wised it would somehow alert things of concern. This is able to pick up changes in my HR and because of that I had a conversation with oh my doctor. Only thing is it does have tiny scratches. Must be careful

Do not hesittate. This has been the best health related item I have purchased. It tracks so much and learns your body the more you wear it. I use it with my Apple Watch to get the most accurate readings and its lifechanging if you care about tracking sleep, body temp, exercise, heart rate, body readiness, and so much more! I have no regrets. Yes, there is a subscription but with what you get out of the ring, I do not even care about it. Well worth everything.

Wife love the ring as it keeps track of her sleep and works out well after it learns your sleep pattern especially since she works over night. It helps her understand what she needs to work on for better sleep. One thing is that it can scratch easily so I recommend not wearing it if your doing anything that can scratch the outside

Has changed the way I prioritize sleep and rest for my body. 1000x better than the apple watch I used to wear. Took me a while to get used to a ring on that finger, but now I don't notice it. Also recommend buying a silicone ring cover if you plan no lifting weights with this as it scratches easily otherwise.

Very accurate measurement of daytime stress. The battery lasts pretty well. It gives a lot of information and options for how to improve sleep etc The only downside is how easily the silver version scratches. It is not a big deal for me but something to be aware of.
