I like that it tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature, and blood oxygen levels. I like wearing the ring at night rather than my watch. Although I think the ring is too expensive.

I love using the Oura ring. It has helped tremendously with my sleep cycle. I have high cortisol and this is helping me figure out my stress times and heart rate that is affected by it as well.

I’ve been using this about a month. Information on sleep and stress status is helpful. There tends to be gaps in heart rate when working out and I prefer the watches for exercise stats. But overall, the information is helpful. I do wear a silicone cover a lot of the time to keep it from getting scratched.

Easy to wear and provides good insights on sleep and activity. Readiness, lowest heart rate, and heart rate variability are useful things to know. Easier for me to keep it on 24/7 than a watch.

This Oura Ring has provided great insight to my health and daily tracking of vitals and where my overall health stands. The fitting options were great and it holds a charge for so long. Also charges super fast so you hardly have to take it off.

I’m still learning about the benefits of the ring. So far I do like the gold band, very comfortable so no issue with wearing 24/7 and battery lasts a week. And the sleeping data is interesting. So far it’s good.

The battery life is INSANE! It last about 7 full days without having to charge it, the best investment I’ve made in regards to my health! Also, it’s much more than a sleep guide, it tells a you when you’re average heart rate is off, symptoms of sickness or strain & much more. Invest in this! Don’t even think twice

Loving it so far!!! I've had this ring for a few weeks now and have worn it consistently to be able to provide an accurate review. I've also compared it with the information from my apple watch and it seems pretty consistent with the data from that. Love being able to see my sleep data and stress levels throughout the day to make necessary life changes where needed. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing an Oura ring!

So glad I purchased this, excellent metrics, easier to wear. In fact I sometimes forget I have it on. Feedback on my sleep patterns detailed & sorely needed.

Overall - I love it! The thing I will say about this device is that it is somewhat bulky- if they could fix that — I’d give it a 5. And maybe a couple other options — like white. The battery is good, the data is great, and it was easy to sign up and daily use it great.

Ive has this ring for 3 month and still loving it. It detects when I’m fighting something or when my temp is elevated. I mostly use the activity tracker, sleep tracker, and menstrual tracker. It’s comfortable to wear all the time and sleep with. Great investment. Happy I was able to get one!

This is an amazing piece of smart health tech. I thought it was going to duplicate everything my smart watch does but it’s much more accurate and provides sleek data. Even though the price is a little steep I’d highly suggest the investment. It is very comfortable compared to previous generations since there are no bumps on the inside.

The oura ring is amazing. Looks like an accessory but it is more than that, it gives you key insights of your health.

This product does require a subscription, for most of the features to work, that we weren't aware of but overall the ring seems to work as advertised. There are a ton of insights this product provides about your physical responses to daily activities including basic information about your sleep patterns.

Love this ring so much. I track my sleep patterns since I’m still grieving my mom and the nights when I’m worried my sleep was horrible, I’m reassured that I was ok but my stress levels were what’s throwing me off. I also track my period since I have fibroids. And it’s perfect

Love my Oura Ring! Used the fit guide to make sure I ordered the right size. The Oura app is an additional cost, but I think it’s worth it. I love the insights, especially on my sleep and stress. Downside, it’s not the best at picking up activity so I do still wear my Apple Watch for workouts. But it’s on point for everything else, especially if you can’t sleep in your watch like me.
