LOVE LOVE LOVE! It is so worth the money. It is comfotable and light and you barely notice it after wearing it for a while. The one thing I will say is that you have to pay for the subscription to Oura but it is so worth it. The data you will get will change your day-to-day living and choices. Would definitely repurchase.

The best ring out there! Tracks my sleep accurately battery life is amazing.

I tried 3 different smart rings, and this is the only one I didn’t return. I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

Love this, been using previous gen for a while now. Battery lasts about 6 days for me, the stats are spot on. This one runs true to size since it doesnt have the little nubs on the inside.

Great experience with my Oura ring! The app is worth the cost and the ring works great. My only complaint is that it scratches easily.

I use it for cycle tracking but my husband loves seeing his sleep patterns and calorie burn. We will definitely keep buying Oura rings as they continue to perfect they’re technology.

The best to track sleep, heart rate and any health. Way more accurate than any of the other health tracking devices. Love how long it could go without charging for days.
