Love this ring so much. I track my sleep patterns since I’m still grieving my mom and the nights when I’m worried my sleep was horrible, I’m reassured that I was ok but my stress levels were what’s throwing me off. I also track my period since I have fibroids. And it’s perfect

I love this ring. I helps me with a lot of things that I need daily (tracking my stress, workouts and etc). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you have to pay for the app and there are some things that the ultra human ring has that this one doesnt.

Bought this for my wife, she absolutely loves it. The health tracker and sleep tracker are great tools for her health journey.

Bought this ring last July and after a few months of base line temperatures the ring could spot my wife’s raise in body temp for ovulation. We were pregnant by October! The ring does other things too that my wife likes. Would recommend

Overall really good, tracks sleep, stress and overall health. Occasionally disconnects from my phone which is kind of frustrating. But other than that it’s a great product.

I appreciate the ability to track my steps and health with a ring vs. my fitbit. Additionally, the Oura tracks much more than the fitbit did, and it's interesting to see how my health habits (sleep, activity and readiness) change from day to day.
