Love the features available with Oura ring. I purchased a ring cover from Amazon to preserve the finish. Easy to use app and accurate readings. Way more features than my Samsung galaxy watch.

This is a nice way to stealthily track your activities / sleep without needing something large on your wrist. It doesn't emit too much light, but there is some light you can see from under the ring, but it hasn't bothered my sleeping yet like my watch did.

My wife wanted one of these because she doesn't always remember to wear her smart watch. I was hesitant at first, but after getting it, I can say it does and tracks so much more then the watch does. From sleep patterns to heart rate, this was well worth it and she loves it. One thing to note is that it does have a yearly subscription for all the features so something to keep in mind before purchase.

The Oura ring has helped me to have a better sleep schedule, and be more mifndful of my proirities with respect to getting a good night sleep. I definitely recommend to people who want to track their sleep. But Keep in mind that the ring is by no means a good sports tracker.

I wear it everyday and it tracks all of vitals and workouts. Would recommend.

I have really enjoyed my Oura ring! All of the features on the app are really awesome and have made me a lot more conscious about my sleep schedule, meal schedule, and activity throughout the day! I have had it for about a month and have noticed it already is pretty scratched. The battery life is nice! I usually charge it while I’m doing my night time routine and it’s charged when I’m done!

I came from a galaxy ring after about a year I started having battary problems where the ring did not really hold a charge and the samsung health app did not give good info. So I made the switched to the oura ring, I was annoyed about the membership, especially since the ring is so expensive. But then I realised something bigger... the ring itself mainly covers the cost of materials. The membership gives you access to the app’s insights, personalised metrics, software updates and the people behind it. it’s what makes the ring’s data actually useful.

Even better than expected. Helps monitor daily activity and health. Some information is not available until several days or weeks data has been collected. I found the sleep pattern, heart rate, and oxygen saturation very interesting. You can “tag” various activities during your day, and it shows you how each activity affects your body. Fit is very important. Get the sizing kit before purchasing the ring. The kit says to wear the sizing ring for 24 hours. I recommend at least 2 days. My fingers change size depending on temperature and activity.
