Easy to set up, and pretty accurate recording my sleep. Comfortable on my finger, more so than a fitbit on my wrist.

The new version of the Oura Ring (4) is much more comfortable than the 3! It pairs beautifully to wear everyday and the insights are so on point. Recently I woke up just feeling off and the app told me that it detected changes. It also is spot on with my cycle, the sleep and readiness score are super helpful. I’ve owned an Oura for almost 3 years. Recently got the newest version and it is completely worth it.

I would give 5 star except that it scratches easily. I wear my ring all day every day. The sleep tracking and symptom radar are great. I’m getting used to adding tags so my ring can detect patterns based on my tags.
