    For the Mrs...Great to track data for health, fitness, etc. Just wish sizing included half sizes for the in-betweens. If it's the right fit, you will hardly notice it's there.

    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.
