I absolutely love the Oura ring! This is hands down one of the best health and wellness investments I've made. It's sleek, light weight, and comfortable that I forget I'm wearing it. It provides incredible insights into my sleep, recovery, readiness, and overall health. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about understanding their body, optimizing recovery, and staying ahead of their health.

I’ve been using the **Oura Ring 4** for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. It looks sleek and feels super comfortable — I forget I’m even wearing it most of the time. The app is easy to use and gives me a clear picture of how I’m sleeping, my heart rate, and my overall recovery. I love checking my “readiness” score each morning to see how rested I am before a busy day. The battery lasts around five to six days for me, which is pretty solid, and the charging process is quick and simple. That said, it’s definitely not cheap, and you still have to pay a small monthly fee to get all the detailed insights. The workout tracking isn’t as advanced as a smartwatch, so it’s not the best for people who want live stats during exercise. But for everyday health tracking and sleep insights, it’s been amazing. If you want something low-key that helps you understand your body better without wearing a bulky watch, the Oura Ring 4 is totally worth considering.

The Oura Ring 4 is a sleek, lightweight health tracker that delivers surprisingly powerful insights for such a small device. It excels at sleep and recovery tracking, giving me detailed breakdowns of my sleep stages and a daily readiness score that helps me manage energy and stress. The upgraded sensors monitor heart rate, body temperature, and stress throughout the day with impressive accuracy. Battery life lasts nearly a week, and the app is clean, intuitive, and packed with personalized guidance. If you’re looking for a discreet, data-driven way to improve your health, this ring is absolutely worth it.

The fourth generation Oura ring is my third Oura ring and, I must say, they keep getting better and better. Pros: - This newest generation of the Oura ring has the longest battery life of any previous versions. I have gone four days and nights without charging and still had almost 50 percent battery. - They redesigned the charging base in a GREAT way. First, it's heavier than previous versions which is a much appreciated improvement since previous versions easily slid off my desk when taking the ring off or putting it back on. - You'll see in my pictures - the color variations have changed a little bit, too. My 3rd generation and 4th generation rings are both what Oura calls "Stealth," and you'll see it's a bit lighter in color. - The ring itself, although it appears bigger, weighs a little bit less. - The app provides a TON of valuable insights across a wide variety of health concerns. I use mine mainly for focusing on sleep, activity goals, stress management, and what they refer to as a Readiness Score. There are many, many other readings the Oura ring provides, but those are the key metrics I like to keep track of. - The app also integrates with Apple's Health app which provides even more information. Cons: - I dislike the monthly or annual fee. With a smart ring this expensive, I think the membership should come free with the ring - at least for a year or two. Overall, I'm thrilled with this latest iteration of the Oura ring and look forward to improving my health with its vast array of data points.

Love the Oura Ring. I was hesitant to switch from my Apple Watch, but I am so happy I took the plunge. I don't love the monthly subscription model for the app, but ultimately this is exactly the kind of wearable tech I was looking for. The Oura Ring is discreet, has a great battery life, is comfortable, and gives me all the metrics I need without having constant phone notifications on my arm. Would absolutely recommend this. I also recommend stopping in person by a best buy and using the ring sizer at the store.

I’ve been using health tracking devices since the first Fitbit came out and have always loved getting the data and health insights. I work in tech so the more data, the better. And out of all my wearables, including 8 different generations of an Apple Watch, my Oura Ring is the one I can’t live without. They’re constantly adding new features, and I find myself checking the app constantly throughout the day to learn how my metrics are changing. I also have a chronic illness and this little tracker has been game changing with tracking my inflammation and flares. It also has notified me on numerous occasions when I’m about to get sick so I can take action sooner to help my body heal faster. I can’t recommend this enough.

Nice that you can get a sizing kit for free ($ applies to ring purchase). I picked one up and wore overnight, then got the ring. It's comfortable and looks nice. I wore it as alternative to wedding ring. Good to track sleep, and the app interface is great. Charged for a long time too. Overall really like it

Health data for those trying to live optimally

The Oura Ring is new to me. This is the 4th generation of this ring. I have been using an Apple Watch for five years, which I felt was an upgrade from what I used before that. I am a middle aged woman, who tries to maintain and do well in the aging process. I exercise almost daily and eat to be healthy. Can I do better? Of course. So I was curious about this Oura Ring and how it could help guide me and help me improve along with my Apple Watch. The ring itself is pretty comfortable. Before I received the ring, I did a bit of research on how to utilize it. Most people said they don’t wear the ring while working out, because it would get scratched up or worse, dented. So I don’t wear it while working out, unless I’m just walking or running, not while weightlifting. There is a ton of data that appears in the app. With the purchase of this ring, you get one month of the app. After that it costs $6 a month, probably add sales tax to that amount. There are many ways to read the data, and because it takes some time to get certain information, I don’t have all of my information, like cardiovascular age. I think I’ve been wearing the ring for 13 days. The app says it needs 1 more night of data to calibrate and give me that. I haven’t figured everything out yet, and for that reason, I can’t give 5 out of 5 stars yet. It might turn out to be the greatest thing ever for me, but not yet! Menopausal information: I’m past all of that pregnancy, fertility and cycle analyzing. Back then, this would have been amazing for all of that. Now I need to know more about this phase of my life. I may be wrong, but I don’t think the data does this, but it might be on the horizon. Adding activities in: I try to wear a weighted vest for an hour daily, if I can. I add it as an activity. But to do this I have to add it as “other” because of course, weighted vest wearing is not one of the activities in the list, but I do think it deserves to show as an activity. The sleep tracking data is really interesting to me, as many nights I wake up and have trouble falling back asleep, but there are nights where that doesn't happen. This is pretty interesting data to track over time. More comments about the Oura Ring itself. It is waterproof, so I don’t have to take it off whenever I wash my hands. But I don’t like the feeling of water under the ring, so I just pull the ring up on my finger and dry my finger underneath the ring area. I wear it on my non-dominant hand ring/ index finger, which is the recommended finger to wear it on. But after that finger the advice was to just wear it on whatever finger feels most comfortable to you. After 13 days of wearing it, I am comfortable with it on this finger. Even though I have my Apple Watch and the Oura ring, it isn’t too much information for me to look over. It is quite interesting, and it could possibly save my life someday, so I’ll continue to wear both devices.

The Oura ring has really surprised me at all the data it can collect. It is amazing to see all the data, graphs, insight, etc.. that it can provide. I own a smart watch that tracks my steps and heart rate among other things, but this ring takes it to new levels. Wearing a watch at night is not something that I feel comfortable doing. Wearing this ring 24/7 is no big deal. It does take a little getting used to, but not really that hard. I especially like seeing the graphic representation of my sleep quality. The Oura app is extremely full featured. The main screen shows your Readiness, Sleep, Activity, Heart Rate & Stress at the top of the screen. If you tap on them they give you more information. At the bottom of the screen it gives you info about Today, Vitals and My Health. Looking at my health it will give you your Resilience, Heart Health, Cardio Capacity & Sleep Regularity. It tells me my Cardiovascular age is lower than my actual age and my cardio capacity is high. Pretty cool to see. The app is packed with information so you can learn about all the data it collects and how to get healthier. If you don’t move each hour the app suggests that you get up and stretch on the half hour. The battery seems to last pretty well considering how small the ring/battery is. Mine will recommend that you recharge it before bed when it hits about 25% charge which is about every 5 days. It charges in about an hour and lets you know when it is fully charged. If you are looking for something to track your health, this ring is pretty impressive.

For me it holds me accountable and gives me information that i can take to my doctors to help me with my issues. The ring is comfortable at all times. It holds a charge for almost a week! Just the heart rate data alone has given us information about what happens when I am sleeping. I am purchasing another for a co-worker to help her with communicating with her doctors. I recommend this ring to everyone, it is a powerful source for understanding what is happening at all times in your body. The only downside to the ring after one month of wear is that it does scratch. I am 63 so I am not doing crazy things, just normal life things. I am going to check with a jeweler to see if it can be buffed out occasionally.

I have had my oura ring for a few months and I can honestly say I love it. I use it with my apple watch and the stats are pretty close to each other. I mainly got this to track my sleep and because there are some days I dont feel like wearing my watch. I will admit that my sleep has gotten a lot better since tracking the quality of it. This ring also surprises me with its features like it can tell when Im getting sick or when my body is recovering. My only con about the ring is that it scratches really easily and I will say I wish it had a better tracking system because it can be easy to misplace. All in all I reccomend!

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for few weeks now, and overall I’m impressed. It’s sleek, lightweight, and much less bulky than a smartwatch, which makes it easy to wear day and night. I mostly use it to track sleep, and I’ve found the insights surprisingly accurate — it breaks down deep, light, and REM sleep in a way that helps me understand my rest better. The stress tracking feature is subtle but useful ad well, instead of just showing numbers, Oura translates them into readiness and recovery scores, which makes it easier to understand when I should slow down versus when I can push myself. It doesn’t feel overwhelming like some other trackers that just throw metrics at you.

The Oura Ring has been a fantastic addition to my health routine. It seamlessly tracks both physical activity and sleep with impressive accuracy. The sleep insights, including detailed stages and readiness scores, have been eye-opening and helped me make better lifestyle choices. The activity tracking is equally robust, and the app presents the data beautifully with actionable tips. Its sleek design, long battery life, and ease of use make it a standout. I have enjoyed using my Oura ring. I feel like it gives a very accurate depiction of my health. I love the sleep tracking feature and the ring itself is very comfortable to wear. I was between 2 sizes and I ended up going with the bigger size. I’m so glad that I did because I didn’t realize that your fingers swell so much at night. The battery doesn’t last as long as advertised (mine lasts about 3 days before needing a charge, but that doesn’t bother me as it charges very quickly. Overall, I have enjoyed my Oura ring.

I have had my Oura ring for about a month now, and I absolutely love it! I had debated purchasing one for over a year, and finally decided to bite the bullet. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. But so is replacing the watches I wore for years; losing their charging ability, getting dinged up, band clasps wearing out, etc. I feel like I was replacing my watches every year. I decided to purchase my ring in-store to take advantage of the sizers that are available. I’m thankful I did that, because if I had purchased my “regular size” ring, I would have bought one 2 sizes too small. The ring is durable, stylish, and holds a charge for almost a week (and I wear it 24/7). The proprietary app that pairs with it has helped me track and manage my chronic illness symptoms and provides accurate insights into my body’s inner workings. If you’re on the fence and wanting a little more out of your wearable in terms of health tracking (I never used my watches for phone calls or texts or any of the other features), then I can’t recommend this ring more!
