So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

Very good for a minimalist option to track your health and wellness. Great battery life, just charge weekly and no need to remember when to charge.

I love this ring. I have gotten to the point where I forget its on. I sleep with it and it doesnt bother. I really like monitoring my sleep and stress.

I was hesitant to make such a big purchase for the Oura Ring but ever since I did I have loved every minute of it. I wear it constantly and I love getting to check out all the different scores from the day before and learning how to improve my overall health based off these scores. If you’re hesitant to purchase one, I say go all in you won’t regret it!

Takes a little to get used to but the data tracking is awesome! You unlock more data the longer you have it, so I am excited for my step count to show.

Great just should have bought the sizing kit first

I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

This ring is fantastic. It provides a comprehensive range of health data, including heart rate trends, sleep quality, and activity tracking, all with impressive accuracy. I love this ring. It tracks everything, my steps, my sleep, heart rate and as an older person with health issues it helps me keep my heart health in check. It tracks so many other things that I have not even investigated yet, but I definitely plan on doing that. If you have ever thought about purchasing one, please do so because you won't be disappointed.
