I studied this for q year before making my purchase. I must say if you are a health junkie like me and like to keep track of your health markers this ring is for you. The silver tone is gorgeous and I find it does not scratch easily. I still bought a cover for it just to protect it.

The new version of the Oura Ring (4) is much more comfortable than the 3! It pairs beautifully to wear everyday and the insights are so on point. Recently I woke up just feeling off and the app told me that it detected changes. It also is spot on with my cycle, the sleep and readiness score are super helpful. I’ve owned an Oura for almost 3 years. Recently got the newest version and it is completely worth it.

Super product that provides multiple types of information on the health of the wearer. I use mine to track my steps, sleep, and heart rate. Oura tech is great, and frequently adds new types of information. Extremely easy to sync with a phone.

This ring has been way more accurate than my Apple Watch. I also love the menstrual cycle tracking.

Overall very happy with the product. I prefer having a ring over a wrist wearable and it provides tons of interesting "lifestyle" data. Not sure how happy I'd be with the product if I were looking for a true fitness tracker. Cons: - The "pink tax"--rose gold looks better on my complexion and paired with 18K gold jewelry I wear, but the quality IS NOT worth the extra $150 over silver, which I had before switching to this color. - Lots of great data, but can't easily identify drivers or patterns across the many metrics. It would be great if its AI could bridge this gap to help draw deeper insights on your data. - Battery lasts long enough, but not as long as the company claims

Wifes loves this thing, helps her be more mindful of her health. Tracks a lot of things that watches do not even seem to do these days which is a plus.

Absolutely love this ring! Great quality although the metal does show scratched pretty quickly. Oura also has excellent customer service- they’ve sent me a new ring when my problem couldn’t be fixed online.
