I got this for my daughter for Christmas . When I tell you this the best gift she has ever received . She wakes up talking about this ring and goes to be talking about the features and what all it can do .. She even text me through out the day with a look mama !

I think it does what it says it does. I've only had one week. I like it- I struggle wearing a ring all the time but I'm getting used to it. It's very comfortable. I switch between my forefinger and middle finger. I'm still getting used to the app. I do think the steps are overestimated.

Happy with the product however only issue was limited knowledge sales representative at the store at the time of purchase

I am overall satisfied with my Oura ring. It keeps me moving and helps me with its reminders.

Love this ring. Gives me so much information so I can manage my stress levels and sleep schedule so easily now. All information is conventionally located on the very user friendly app.

I haven’t owned the Oura Ring for a super long time but I do love having it! I think it does an amazing job tracking my sleep and it also picked up when i had gotten sick. I prefer this over my apple watch, better battery life and tracking capabilities. Only negative is the sizing doesn’t have half sizes. I was in between a size 8 and 9. Went with 9 because the 8 was just a tad too snug. I feel an 8.5 would have fit perfectly. Very comfortable on as someone who doesn’t wear rings to bed. Love it so far!

Best.gift.ever. Battery lasts a long time. After four days it’s still at 50%. I’m tracking my sleep and trying to improve. Now that I have this ring, I understand my sleep patterns and have suggestions on how to improve. Looking forward to more health data in the future.

Took a bit to get used to but once it collected my data for a few weeks I find it to be very accurate and helpful. The app is pretty user friendly and provides good information on sleep and activity levels

The Oura ring has a good hardware and great software. Might benefit from some sort of tracker. I keep misplacing mine.
