By January 2026 — just over one year later — the hardware completely stopped functioning. For a premium health wearable at this price point, I expected multi-year durability. This is not an inexpensive accessory; it is marketed as a long-term wellness device with an ongoing membership subscription. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the ring was outside the 1-year warranty and was offered a $100 discount toward purchasing a new ring. That effectively requires spending another $400+ to replace a device that barely lasted beyond warranty. While I appreciate a gesture, a $100 coupon does not reflect the expected lifespan of a $500 product. Buyers should carefully consider the effective longevity of this device relative to its cost and warranty limitations.
