It’s strange you can hear from a lot of close people, that you need to slow down, even your own body tries, but you just go because that’s life. Then all of the sudden the ring has read your levels and the really good app (you have to pay for the app) tells you to slow down and all of the sudden you listen. I wanted a device that gathers a lot of information and suggests things for change. I bought exactly what I wanted and more.

Absolutely love this ring , the features are great only con so far that yes it is subscription based. It feels premium , looks premium , and people have definitely noticed this new accessory on me. I been asked so many time about my experience with it and its only been one week. If you pair this with other fitness tech that can shear data with each other then it helps you be even more on top of your health. Is it needed? Honestly no but you can say that about fitness tech. At the end of the day food and exercise with more concentration on what you put in your body or fuel your body is more important than tech.

It’s been great! It gives lots of details on different things, like sleep, exercise, menstrual cycle. It’s mainly been helpful on my runs.

I was hesitant to buy, due to price and monthly subscription fee. I’m happy I made the decision to purchase. The ring is very comfortable, and I received a $10 coupon when buying the $10 sizing kit, essentially making the sizing kit free! I am not only able to track my sleep but my activity throughout the day and my periods, which I love. It also lets me know when I’m ovulating or when my body temperature may be higher than normal. Also lets me know when something is straining my body or when I’m overly stressed! Cannot rave about this ring enough. Do it!! You won’t regret it!!

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.
