    I love that it tracks everything. Reminds ypu to stand up and walk as well as when its time to start getting ready for bed. I sized up 1 from my normal ring size. My fingers tend to swell so sizing up was a must for me.

    Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand

    I’ve had the ring for almost a month and I really recommend the product. It has a fast charge and a good batter time I charge it once a week and it takes maybe an hour to charge. It gives amazing help tips and recommends bed time. The ring is very accurate with hr and sleep quality.

    I have now purchased two of these rings one for me and one for my friend because honestly, I really love this ring.I love everything about this. I love that it shows you all of your vitals nothing has been an accurate so far.     Great product as it checks all the boxes I wanted in a tracker in a comfortable slim ring got it on sale to sweeten the deal. The Best Buy associate was most helpful and made the transaction a pleasure. The battery died after 10 days but Oura is replacing the unit.
