I love it. I’m getting older and need to monitor my health better and it works great for me

The perfect gift for my girlfriend. I hear about her stats on the daily now and I look forward to it because she doesn't know it but it shows how much she appreciates it without having to say it and I cherish those moments.

Love my oura ring. I had to upgrade because my oura 3 quit working and was less than 1 year old. Bummer I had to pay the extra money even though it had an extended warranty. Not a lot of difference between this one and the oura 3

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful when deciding which color and size ring to purchase. I am really enjoying my Oura Ring, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a better understanding of their overall health.

This ring has been an great addition to my health routine.

For starters this was my first “smart” ring. I managed to find a comfortable size and chose the stealth model. First thing that put me off from it was the monthly subscription fee (which can be paid annually if one chooses) but this I blame myself for given I did not put in my due diligence in researching more about it. The other, and bigger issue I had with it was it seemed like an unfinished product. Rings are supposed to be smooth correct..well one side was smooth but the other was far from it. You could feel the lip protruding from that side and when you ran your finger across it, it felt like metal that was not deburred . This meant anytime I put my hand in my pocket, I would meet with some resistance and for a $400 piece of jewely, this is not acceptable for me.

I find the insights that the subscription offers really beneficial. It has helped me have a more informed discussion with my doctor about my sleep patterns.

Amazing ring for tracking everything's sleeping, and activity

I bought it for my wife as a gift and she loves it!.

I wanted to love this ring, but unfortunately, I didn't and returned it within 48 hours. I had to buy the size to fit securely so it would read accurately but anytime I went outside or got hot and my hands got swollen, the ring got extremely tight and uncomfortable. It also bothered me a lot at night due to the bulkiness. It would also give me a really good sleep score when I woke up multiple times and tossed and turned all night. So I didn’t find it to be that helpful and that is the primary reason I bought it. I do have several friends that love it though! Just wasn’t for me.

The Oura ring is a great addition for anyone who is heath conscious and wants to maintian or improve their health through monitoring and modifying behaviors such as sleep patterns, stress levels, or physical activity.

It is definitely better than a sporty Apple Watch. I get lots of compliments on how it looks, people think it’s my wedding band lol. I stacked it with two diamond bands and it looks great.
