It doesn’t pick up workout sessions as well as the Apple Watch, that seems to be the only thing that’s holding it back from being perfect

First off, fhe fit was spot on with the sizing rings. Functions as intended I just wish I got the expected battery life they advertised. Not the end of the world since it charges quicker than expected.

I purchased an Oura Ring 4 (Gold, Size 8) in December 2024 for $499 plus tax. By January 2026 — just over one year later — the hardware completely stopped functioning. For a premium health wearable at this price point, I expected multi-year durability. This is not an inexpensive accessory; it is marketed as a long-term wellness device with an ongoing membership subscription. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the ring was outside the 1-year warranty and was offered a $100 discount toward purchasing a new ring. That effectively requires spending another $400+ to replace a device that barely lasted beyond warranty. While I appreciate a gesture, a $100 coupon does not reflect the expected lifespan of a $500 product. Buyers should carefully consider the effective longevity of this device relative to its cost and warranty limitations.

I got the oura ring so I could track my cycle since hormones were causing irregular periods. I am happy with knowing what’s going on with my body and to have something so small make a big impact on me!

Intended use was for working out and it felt weird lifting things with it. Not only that but calorie tracking wasnt accurate. Sleep trackint was awesome though!

I’ve purchased my Oura ring on 3/2/25. The battery life is great. The app is user friendly. I enjoy reviewing the data recorded each day.

I was super excited to receive the Oura ring because I didn’t feel like wearing my Apple Watch anymore but unfortunately this ring is only good for sleep tracking. The heart rate monitor is not accurate at all (I work for a hospital) I have been hooked up to an actual monitor and compared that with my Apple Watch and the Oura ring. Unfortunately the Oura ring was WAY off track. BUT if you’re looking for a sleep tracker this is the BEST for monitoring your sleep!! But if you want it to have an accurate reading on your steps and heart rate I don’t recommend it. Hope this review helps someone !

This was a great purchase and when you purchased anything from Best Buy, it has a decent warranty along with it.
