I have COPD and I bought the ring for SpO2 readings. It turns out you only get one value daily. It is an average for when you are sleeping. This is now providing SpO2 at all. I have the Apple Watch 9 with SpO2. It is no longer available from Apple in the US due to a patent dispute. I was looking for a backup. Spent a lot of time with their tech support with no positive result. This may be good for others but it does not do me any goo. Additionally, the set counts are erratic. I compared to my Apple Watch and a pedometer. Not sure that is meaningful. Step counts are all over the low with different devices anyway. So this rating is just about SpO2.

The gold had a cheap look to it compared to the others.

I like what the oura ring does, the information it provides. But the rose gold color faded very quick and it was the most expensive choice.

We updste the software and stopped working and pairing with the new iPhone 17 pro max. Battery is not working as supposed to.

Honestly I was very happy that I was getting until I had the ring it looked to bulk and not only that it made my finger red kinda like a rash so instead I decided to return it since it was pricey

I got this to track my sleep and it seemed to work really well, but after a few weeks of wearing it, my finger began to hurt really bad. I looked online and apparently that is very common with people who wear this ring. It has taken months before my finger has fully healed. I have no idea why it does it, but I finally got rid of it and won’t ever wear it again.

Not working. Won’t charge or connect to iphone. Can not get to Oura support. Just an AI bot

Has a hard ware issue or has a issue with the battery as I got it December of 2025 and it’s already not working

The ring sizer does not match the ring. To snug. !

I like the information collected but wish the Oxygen level could be checked more offen throughout the day.

Love the ring, but the battery life is much shorter than advertised.

Feels cheap, doesn’t hold battery long enough, even put it on charger is a challenge, as you have to fit some pins into channels. Measured two hours of my reading as deep sleep.

After a promised birthday delivery date that you failed to complete, notice that a piece was in Stafford with Fedex to be delivered the next day that apparently disappeared, two more fruitless visits to the store and a "manager" who informed me bluntly that he could not issue a refund, we returned to the office only to spend another wasted hour on the phone with your service person. It was a horrible experience, It will take me some time to return to Best Buy for anything, Live up to your name or change it.

Broke within three weeks for my wife, mine broke within two weeks. Returned it. I also read this is a common occurrence with this ring. Makes no sense spending this much on a ring and it doesn’t last.

Was never delivered. Filed a case with Best Buy. Over a week later and numerous phone calls no resolution. Bought another ring to replace for our daughter’s Christmas present. Still waiting for Best Buy to contact us.

I do like the look and concept but will trade in for an Apple Watch

The product is amazing, but the customer service at best buy is the worst. I don’t think I will ever purchase another thing from them again. I would recommend this item to everyone, but purchase from a different retailer.

It's not terribly comfortable and only collects data every 15 minutes.

It isn't clear what the ring is measuring. The definitions are vague and not relevant.
