Returned this. Didn’t measure BP unless you added another app!

giant piece of annoying crap that charges you monthly!!! Very inaccurate. Too big to wear to the gym, amd yet it supposed to keep track of your health. Makes no sense. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON!!

Wanted something that would track my sleep and health. Does more than expected. It’s comfortable and discrete. I wear it on my wedding ring finger as I don’t like the bulkiness of smart watches. The battery last a full week.

I like it but it doesn’t track my workouts which is the reason I bought it. I don’t know if mines defective but it’s kinda useless to me now. The other features are nice I just wouldn’t have paid so much if I knew it wasn’t gonna track my workouts.

I purchased two rings, one for me and one for a friend. After three weeks, friends ring was dying within a day, and now wont charge. My ring just died a couple days ago and wont charge, completely bricked. Support is unhelpful and overwhelmed with complaints. I dont even know if I want a replacement now, I just want a refund.

You have to oay fir a subscription its not too much its 6.99 but i mena the ring itself cost alot already why keep paying for something every month and they don’t advertise that like you literally ahve to pay it in order for you to use the fearures calories steps and most importantly sleep i returned it

bought my ring May 28, so I’ve had it less than a year doesn’t hold a charge for more than a day anymore. Also doesn’t tell me when it’s about to die.

Great while it lasts, my Husband and I both bought one less than a year ago, his no longer charges, and mine doesn't even hold a charge for 24 hours

Was defective and was not allowed to exchange for the price I paid & was told to pay the difference. I’ll never buy from Best Buy again.

I bought this for a client on Black Friday and she was charged another $150 when she changed the size :-(

The UI was bleh. There is other rings in the market for cheaper cost and without a monthly fee. It does not have useful widgets on iPhone. You always have to go into the app to look at your stats. Get the ringconn 2 before you get this one.

Ring needs to charge two times a day and I have had it less than a year. My year mark with the ring is in a month. So disappointing. Had the oura 3 that was 4 years old and it charged the same amount as this one

I find the ring uncomfortable to wear, I would like if the band was thinner. As for the features I am still trying to figure out how to utilize the data it provides

Honestly not worth the money. I purchsased this ring as a birthday gift at the beginning of March and now on March 20th it's no longer lighting up or charging. This issue needs to be fixed rather than selling a faulty product.

Scratches very easily and way too bulky for a woman. Looks just like a men’s wedding band. It does give great data if you can get past the looks of it

The app does not work for us. Very frustrating and customer service has not been helpful.

Ring is not getting sensed if the battery life is less than 70%

Scratched in less than a month changed color I’m so disappointed

The first couple of weeks the ring held its battery. Now battery only lasts about a couple of days.
