    Absolutely love the Oura Ring ... wearing it is comforting knowing how accurately it is reading your vitals ... while going about your daily activities or working out seriously to achieve body building results. Breathing and sleeping monitoring also is a plus ... as well as cardiac readings being recorded.     The new version of the Oura Ring (4) is much more comfortable than the 3! It pairs beautifully to wear everyday and the insights are so on point. Recently I woke up just feeling off and the app told me that it detected changes. It also is spot on with my cycle, the sleep and readiness score are super helpful. I’ve owned an Oura for almost 3 years. Recently got the newest version and it is completely worth it.

    The oura ring is very comfortable and I love its tracking abilities. It’s easy to get used to wearing to sleep and charges very quickly, so there is little down time. I have been wearing it constantly, aside of letting it charge while I shower. I haven’t been very rough on it, but there are no scratches or wear on it yet.
