I was hesitant.. but ended up getting it and don’t regret it at all !! For 1, its so comfortable comparing to my apple watch, 2- love all the info it provides for a better life and quality sleep. And for 3- I love how the gold one stands out so much, definitely an eye catcher.

I have had my Oura ring for about a month now, and I absolutely love it! I had debated purchasing one for over a year, and finally decided to bite the bullet. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. But so is replacing the watches I wore for years; losing their charging ability, getting dinged up, band clasps wearing out, etc. I feel like I was replacing my watches every year. I decided to purchase my ring in-store to take advantage of the sizers that are available. I’m thankful I did that, because if I had purchased my “regular size” ring, I would have bought one 2 sizes too small. The ring is durable, stylish, and holds a charge for almost a week (and I wear it 24/7). The proprietary app that pairs with it has helped me track and manage my chronic illness symptoms and provides accurate insights into my body’s inner workings. If you’re on the fence and wanting a little more out of your wearable in terms of health tracking (I never used my watches for phone calls or texts or any of the other features), then I can’t recommend this ring more!

I wanted something different for sleep tracking than wearing my smartwatch. The Oura ring is perfect. Super comfortable, Don't notice it at all, and the battery lasts 8-10 days on a charge. When I need to charge it, it only takes about an hour. The only knock on it is the subscription, but at $70 for the year, it's not terrible. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely impressed with the Oura Ring 4. The design is elegant, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear all day. The accuracy of the sleep tracking, heart-rate monitoring, and activity insights is outstanding. The sizing kit was very helpful, and Size 9 fits perfectly. The gold finish looks premium and stylish. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. Highly recommended!

I read countless reviews of all the different rings and I settled on this one. I like the ring but I don’t find the information very useful. I got my dad one also and his doctor likes the heart variability function and sleep monitoring to evaluate his health. His doctor has one, too. My dad is 78 years old and finds it very helpful and fascinating. I am 48 and healthy. I don’t get much out of it. It’s cool that it tells me the amount of time of my sleep cycles but I do not get a real time heart beat number. I wish it would tell blood pressure but it doesn’t and I already knew this. It does remind me when I have been idle for too long and how many calories I burn, which I like a lot. The subscription is a down side. I bought the rose gold color. It is more of a copper color. Can’t say I love it. I should have gotten silver but I was worried about it scratching. So far my ring has no scratches and I wear it every day. I’m always hitting it against something. I work in a hospital and use alcohol based hand sanitizer all day. No issues yet. My dad has the shiny black and it still shines with no scratches. He is a telephone man and uses his hands all day at work. The size fits great. I got a size 8 , which fits just like the testing kit. I do feel the ring was over priced but it’s worth buying the one you like since you will be wearing it every day. I was hoping the stealth color was a matte black; however it is not. Stealth was more of a gray, very manly. I just didn’t like it. Kind of cheap looking. So was the titanium color. That’s why I selected rose gold. I wanted something a little feminine. As for battery life, it lasts about 4 days. I try to charge it every few days while I am in the shower. Works well. I’ve had no problems with the ring. Functions as it is supposed to. It’s very comfortable with the flat readers. Feels like any other ring. Not heavy. Looks like a wedding band though.

Very easy to set up. I had to get size 9 since size 10 was a bit larger than expected, even though I had tried the ring before. Returning it and the exchange was easy at Best Buy. The one and perhaps only advantage that has over my Apple Watch is that it tracks your sleep and the battery last for at least 5 days

I have had my oura ring for a few months and I can honestly say I love it. I use it with my apple watch and the stats are pretty close to each other. I mainly got this to track my sleep and because there are some days I dont feel like wearing my watch. I will admit that my sleep has gotten a lot better since tracking the quality of it. This ring also surprises me with its features like it can tell when Im getting sick or when my body is recovering. My only con about the ring is that it scratches really easily and I will say I wish it had a better tracking system because it can be easy to misplace. All in all I reccomend!

Works amazing and comfortable while also being stylish

I was quite skeptical about this product before i bought it but i actually really like it. if you're looking for a low maintenance health tracker, this is it. when i was choosing between smart rings, i really went thought about the r&d and app dev and i think the oura ring takes the cake. the only con is that i was under the impression that it would track my steps. after wearing it for weeks, i can say its not the most accurate. but it pretty much tells u the jist of it. i work a desk job so it knew i didnt move pretty much the whole day. people who say the battery is bad just didnt read the manual. you suppose to power cycle the product first. once i did that twice, i still never had issues with the battery not lasting like advertised which was 3-5 days.

Nice upgrade over the series 3, but no major improvements. The biggest difference is that it no longer has prongs on the inside of the ring, which makes it noticeably more comfortable and look more like a normal ring on your finger. Tracking data in the Oura app seems very accurate, especially with sleep data. I charge it every morning while I shower/eat breakfast and that’s enough to keep it going until at least the next morning.

I have enjoyed using my Oura ring. I feel like it gives a very accurate depiction of my health. I love the sleep tracking feature and the ring itself is very comfortable to wear. I was between 2 sizes and I ended up going with the bigger size. I’m so glad that I did because I didn’t realize that your fingers swell so much at night. The battery doesn’t last as long as advertised (mine lasts about 3 days before needing a charge, but that doesn’t bother me as it charges very quickly. Overall, I have enjoyed my Oura ring.

This ring has been perfect! I use it for everything and it is all very accurate. Battery life lasts me over a week! Charging is also very fast! I would highly recommend!!
