    Red light leaves behind almost like an irritating heat rash on the finger when worn for extended periods of time like you are supposed to. They also charge a monthly fee to even use it to its full capabilities. You would think paying for a $4-500 ring would be enough to solve these problems.

    I was unable to use this product as I was unable to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth. I tried NUMEROUS times and even exchanged it for a new ring, Best Buy staff assisted but gave up & there was no customer service line to call. I don’t understand how they can charge this much for a ring and they can’t even provide basic setup assistance. A great DISAPPOINTMENT

    Worked great for 10 months then stopped communicating with my Apple Watch. Fully charged and multiple times just stopped integration. Talked with Oura customer service and they ran me around the block doing the same "fixes" multiple times at escalated levels. Did nothing to help so stopped my subscription and got a Whoop to try. Lousy service for expensive device with no effort to replace it.
