If I could wear an Apple Watch, or any smart watch, I would pick one over this, due to functionality, however, due to limitations and tattooed skin, this fitness ring is the next best thing

It’s one of those gadgets that quietly does its job and mostly gets out of your way. If you care about sleep, recovery, health insights, and want something very lightweight and unobtrusive, the Oura Ring 4 is excellent. It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.
