I love my oura ring, it gives great health insights. Definitely size up, so you dont have to worry about finger swelling while sleeping. It also takes awhile for it to configure to your body, so you wont have a lot of insights right away. However, definitely worth the wait!

For the Mrs...Great to track data for health, fitness, etc. Just wish sizing included half sizes for the in-betweens. If it's the right fit, you will hardly notice it's there.

Excelent. I got it for my kid, and he loves it. Sleeps with it all nights and gets him the right information. He later uses the data to improve his gym routine as well.

Within 6 months quality decreased, now reaching a year and the battery dies even after charging every night, Rose gold tarnished (Now a Silver/Gold tone), Ring does not sync into app and does not track data. For the price and subscription I expect more from this product. Do not waste your money.

The ring works great, I wish the battery life was better. I compared the data to the two different smart watches I use and data is pretty similar. I dislike the fact that they charge you a monthly fee to view your data.
